Learn more →Areti Occupational Therapy provides personalised, in-home OT services across the Gold Coast and Brisbane — helping you stay safe, capable and independent in the place that matters most.
"Areti" is the Ancient Greek word for excellence — the practice of doing each thing well. That ethos shapes how we work. Areti is a small, mobile OT practice based in Helensvale, focused on giving each client the time, attention and care that genuinely changes daily life.
Whether you're navigating a new diagnosis, supporting an ageing parent, or coordinating care as a provider, our role is to make the path clearer — and the home safer, easier and more enjoyable to live in.

Learn more →Great OT happens in the details — the right equipment, the right adjustments, and the time it takes to understand someone's life. Here's what that means for you.
Every session happens in your home, where the goals are real and the recommendations make immediate sense.
Caseload is kept manageable so new clients aren't waiting weeks for a first appointment.
Function, safety, and quality of life sit alongside the goals that matter to you — not just clinical checklists.
Plain-language reports, prompt updates to support coordinators, and an honest answer when you need one.
A short call to understand your situation, goals and any urgent concerns — and confirm we're the right fit.
A visit to your home to assess function, environment and what's getting in the way of doing what matters.
A clear written report with prioritised recommendations — equipment, modifications, therapy or referrals.
Implementation, review and follow-up so the plan translates into a safer, easier daily life.
No referral is required. You can contact Areti directly, whether you're self-referring, supporting a family member, or enquiring as a care provider. If you're funded through the NDIS or a Home Care Package, your support coordinator or case manager can also make a referral on your behalf.
The first visit is usually a home-based assessment, lasting around 60–90 minutes. We'll talk through your situation, look at how you move around the home, what's working and what isn't, and discuss your goals. You'll then receive a written report with clear, prioritised recommendations.
Yes. We support self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants, as well as clients funded through Home Care Packages, CHSP, and privately. We're happy to talk through your funding situation if you're unsure what's covered.
Areti is a mobile practice — every appointment takes place in your home. We travel throughout the Gold Coast and into Brisbane, including the southern and inner suburbs.
We deliberately keep our caseload manageable so new clients can usually be seen within a couple of weeks of first contact — and often sooner for urgent safety or discharge situations. Get in touch and we'll let you know the current wait time.
Based in Helensvale, we travel to clients throughout the Gold Coast — from Coolangatta to Beenleigh — and into Brisbane. If you're nearby and not sure, just ask.

Call us, request a callback, or send a quick enquiry — we'll be in touch within one business day.
